Shared Tools

Available now

Shared Notes & Lists

Keep the small pieces of household context that support a schedule in one shared place. Notes and lists are available now and stay intentionally lightweight.

Lightweight household context

Notes hold useful context such as instructions, reference details, or information for a handoff. Lists keep simple shared items visible and let people check off what is done.

They support family coordination without becoming project management, behavior tracking, or a general productivity system.

Available tools

Notes

Create shared notes, add household context, and use people or tags to make useful information easier to find.

Lists

Create shopping, to-do, or miscellaneous lists, add simple items, and check them off as shared factual context.

Optional event reminders

Install ComingUp Today where supported on a computer, laptop, phone, or tablet, then explicitly opt a device into reminders by granting browser permission and choosing a notification preference. An active subscription and a supported browser, device, and platform are required. With a supported browser's active service-worker push subscription, reminders can arrive without leaving a tab open.

These are narrow reminders for scheduled events. Calm, factual correction notifications may also replace a prior reminder when an event changes materially near its start. They are not messaging or engagement notifications.

Push can be turned off at any time. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed and can vary with browser, device, provider, and system conditions.

What remains future-facing

Responsibilities and day-anchored items are planned, not currently shipped. If introduced, they will remain neutral visibility tools without scoring, behavior tracking, or enforcement.
