Ingredients
- 1 # Beef cubes
- 2-3 Pork spare ribs bone-in

- 6 oz can Tomato paste
- 28 oz can Tomato puree
- 28 oz can Tomato sauce
Instructions
Heat 1-2 TBSP olive oil in a large pot. Add beef cubes and spare ribs and brown on all sides on medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic, and paprika. Lower heat and add tomato paste with one can of water (6 oz), stir. Add tomato purée and tomato sauce along with 1/2 can of water for each (1 full can - 28 oz) and a bay leaf. Stir to combine all ingredients. Raise heat until you achieve a low boil, then continue to lower heat until you have a low simmer. Let sauce simmer for 1 1/2- 2 hours. Enjoy over your favorite pasta!
