Integrations for calendars and AI assistants

Use ComingUp with a compatible AI assistant after you approve permissions, or bring supported external calendars into one shared view. Imported calendar events stay provider-owned and read-only.

AI assistants

Connect ComingUp through MCP, approve the household permissions you want, and ask naturally about schedules, lists, notes, contacts, and recipes. You do not need to learn tool names or special commands.

Local events stay local

ComingUp Today events do not write back to a provider.

  • Imported provider events remain provider-owned and must be edited at their source. ComingUp Today does not create, edit, or delete them in Google or iCloud.
  • Events created in ComingUp Today remain locally managed and can be edited in the app; they are not written back to a connected provider.
  • After authorization and initial loading, show/hide controls apply to whole imported calendars—not individual events, people, or groups.
  • Disconnect works per connected account and stops future data loading from that account. It does not change events in the source calendar.
  • Schedule freshness can vary with provider behavior and system timing.
