Optional context
Weather stays close to the schedule
Weather is optional supporting context, not a weather dashboard or a source of schedule truth.
Choose it per device or per event
A person can choose a supported U.S. ZIP code or city for local weather on that device; that preference is not shared with the household. Separately, event weather can add forecast context only when an event has its own usable location. Initial U.S. location support covers the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. ComingUp Today itself is not limited to U.S. households.

Schedule freshness
Refresh when you return
Authenticated schedule data revalidates when the app returns to the foreground and after in-app changes. Provider timing can vary.
