AI connection help

Get your AI connection back on track

Find the next step when your assistant cannot connect to ComingUp or cannot complete an action.

Start with the connection

  1. Note where the problem occurs: adding the server, signing in, approving access, or asking the assistant to do something.
  2. Open the setup guide for your AI client from the AI integrations page. Compare the steps with the client and account you are using.
  3. If your client asks for a remote server address, compare it with the ComingUp address below.

Claude connects, but cannot access ComingUp

A reported issue means the connection can finish, but Claude may still be unable to access ComingUp. Reconnecting may not fix it. Read the Claude setup and compatibility guide for the current report and next steps.

Connected, but an action is unavailable?

Ask which ComingUp account and household the assistant is using and what you have allowed it to access. Start with a read-only request rather than changing information to test the connection.

An unavailable action does not always mean the connection is broken. Check the answers below before repeating a request.

Still unable to connect?

If the connection itself is broken, email support@comingup.today.

Include the AI client name, whether you are using its web, desktop, or mobile app, the step that failed, and the error message. Leave out passwords, access tokens, calendar subscription URLs, and private household details.
