Busy schedules and frequent appointments

The challenge is often the accumulation of small moving parts: recurring visits, changing times, travel, preparation, and overlapping commitments. Today, Week, and Month views help you see what is coming up; lists, notes, and contacts keep useful context close.

Check the next appointment and its location, keep a list of things to bring, save a useful contact, and record preparation notes. When other people help, shared visibility can reduce repeated questions about timing and handoffs.

Connect supported Google or iCloud calendars and choose which whole calendars appear in the shared view. You can create or update events in ComingUp where your permissions allow. Imported Google and iCloud events stay read-only in ComingUp and are edited with their original provider. Invite people to the same ComingUp organization when you want to share information, within permissions and plan limits. A contact on an appointment does not grant account access.

A packing list, a meal saved in your cookbook, or a note for the next visit can be as useful as the appointment time. An optional Household Display can keep upcoming plans visible on a shared screen.
