Household coordination alongside appointment booking

• Turn a screen you already own into a household display. Sign in to see today’s plans, or let Ambient mode rotate through the schedule and other content you’ve enabled. The screen needs an internet connection, and its browser and device sleep settings still apply.
• Managed family photos can appear in Ambient mode without an external photo account. They stay private to the household and are optimized for display, with plan-based limits; ComingUp is not a photo backup service or a guarantee of permanent original-file storage.
• Keep shopping lists and useful notes beside your schedule. Paid plans also let you save recipes with ingredients, instructions and private family notes, print them, and choose recipes or cookbooks to share publicly. Full meal planning, budgeting and chore enforcement are not included.
• These household tools complement the resulting schedule; they do not make ComingUp a public availability-link or automated meeting-booking replacement for Calendly.

Weather, calendar connections and AI access

Optional weather covers supported U.S. locations and available forecasts. Device-local weather uses an explicit location choice stored in that browser. Event weather uses only the event’s own usable location and time or all-day date range; vague, online-only or unsupported locations and dates beyond forecast coverage can yield partial or unavailable results. Weather never changes the schedule.

Connect Google or iCloud to show selected calendars read-only alongside events created in ComingUp. iCloud uses an Apple Account identifier and app-specific password; local-only Apple calendars do not appear automatically. People invited to the same ComingUp organization can share calendars and household information according to their permissions and plan limits. Separate ComingUp organizations remain separate. Outlook and Microsoft 365 import remain intentionally deferred and unavailable today; no active-development or delivery-date commitment is implied.

Connect an AI assistant to help check plans, add groceries, or save a note. You choose what it can access and change. ComingUp Today is available in ChatGPT; support for other assistants depends on the app and your account settings. Check current AI setup and compatibility guidance before relying on a connection. Any AI-service subscription is separate.
